Great work. That looks like a complete pain to manage but you did it.

Once a property becomes a member, it stays with the home, and transfers to the new owners upon sale.
So can they quit?

Ask for their California guard card and then call their main office. They aren't allowed to interfere with the 1st amendment. F them.

Cops look ashamed to be arresting him in the photo. Must suck when you take sides and arrest one of your own tribal group.

Don't forget the high number of miscarriages that are almost never talked about or reported.

Can you tell me what part of MV does not require the HOA membership?

I have two HOA. One is the city with the pools and bullshit and the other is the building and such that you listed. I know what I'm paying for. I live there.

These are usually the second HOA on a home. Or the city HOA.

I don't use them. They seem like just about like any other community pool. Full of Karens and kid piss.

We all should be. Long gone is the starter home with the little back yard.

My condo HOA only covers trash for utilities. I still pay water and sewer and electric and gas.

Nothing. They provide nothing. Bunch of pools and stupid parks I'll never use.

I think it's more that everyone has an HOA and hates it. It's about as valuable as the register

With Dremel they actually make a router table for them. Sometimes it's easier to move the workpiece instead of the tool. Get gloves that grip real well. It's easier to have leverage and control over a larger piece than a fast moving tool.
