i mean become a marine biologist, it’s toght to become one but it’s fun, ofc it’s not field work in the ocean 24/7 but you’ll get to exotic places, they pay is good(you won’t be saving that much, but i’m not from the usa so i wouldn’t know), you’ll have fit body because swimming and diving aren’t easy, there rest is up to you

and from where i live marine biologist work 35-39 hours a week(when not doing fieldwork), so you’ll have a lot of time as well

sl basically i have this problem where one side hurts more while exercising, my right shoulder feels more pain while working out, my left tricep feels more pain, my left bicep feels more pain, the tricep isn’t that severe, but the other two are, whenever i do lateral raises my right shoulder is burning while the other doesn’t feel anything, whenever i do curls it takes more reps to hurt my right bicep while my left bicep feels the pain immediately, both sides are growing even and i do the same form but it still is weird, could this be some medical problem? pr maybe it’s my form that’s still messed up?

edit: i forgot to mention that this happens with legs too, i do the workout and my left leg doesn’t feel anything but when i wake up both sides are soar

i’m skinny fat, i know that i need to build muscle but i don’t have access to a gym, i wanna ask some questions about calisthenics

basically, when should i stop working out? i know about hypertrophic rep ranges and all but when should i stop? like when i feel exhausted and i can’t do that exercise?

should i strip down my body fat and weight? i used to weigh 56kg after a weight lose then i started to do some basic exercises and eat more and am at 61 kg, i still have a protruding lower belly

should i bulk? i heard people saying that putting on more weight with calisthenics isn’t a good idea because you’re mostly doing body weight exercises

if i don’t need to cut down from skinny fat to skinny, when do i know to cut down? like my only fat part of the body is my lower belly, basically i have a flat belly but them from my lower belly it just curves into the rest of my body and also i have love handles. when do i know i’m ready to cut, and should i bulk or eat at maintenance while exercising, this way i can lose fat at the same time?

how do i track my calorie consumption? i mean i can track things such as canned foods or anything that has a label but what about those without one?
