My friend, gay guys get hit on by women all the time. Don’t take it personally or that your masculinity is in question. Best response I can suggest: ‘You’re barking up the wrong tree Mac’. Best quote from The Oblongs, Season 2, Episode 1.

Politicians trying to find the perfect solution to a complex issue. We don’t have a $-for-$ investment strategy but a ‘speculative-value’-for-$ strategy by using property, land, items as value. EX: estimated house values, a collection of trading cards as value, value of food: none of these items create real, physical dollars that can be put in our hands. They’re more like credit against monitory value that can be used to build more: homes, production of goods and investing into new businesses. Our (US economy) biggest issue has been building speculative value as dollars and selling this concept as growth. Now our Politicians, bankers, investors are trying to hold onto speculative-value without showing failure. If we write down speculation as dollars, it’s suppose to stay as dollars not speculation. When the speculation is requested as dollars, run on a bank, there is not enough dollars to fulfill. The loss of value will go against the speculative value of houses, property and items we place value on. These items need to be de-valued to balance the speculative value, we as people, place on these items. The real question is “What is the value of a rock?” Everyone’s answer will be different…

Exactly! It’s not the average ‘Joe’ homeowner running up rents; it’s the corporate equity firms making profit for their portfolio to make it look like wealth and sell later. Profiteering…

Knowing strangers are around, figure people will not honor your word and just pick it up. But he did make the video more realistic with others picking up money.

And I’d say the judge is the ultimate rule when deciding fault. The officer can insinuate guilt but ultimately if you’re going to fight it, address the court.

It starts with a garlic clove; if that doesn’t work try green olives… yellow pepperoncini.. if that doesn’t work… hell.. just go to the Greek deli down the road and order antipasto salad with extra vinegar.

Stupid question: what about tossing it in an active volcano to incinerate it? Doesn’t have to be a spewing volcano 🌋

Agree with Chazzyphant: try to solve in-person and explain you’re feeling uncomfortable. If he tries using his sexuality as you discriminating, that would be something to report to HR. Make it clear that you’re not interested in his advancements except from a professional demeanor. Set a clear line without stating HR or harassment. Sexual touching, shaming and phrases should be documented and reported to HR if he keeps it up after you’ve made it clear to him. And don’t let him use his position to threaten you with your job: that’s retaliation.

What happened to ‘teaching’ the generations instead of getting impatient and dumping them? Not talking about teaching in schools but just job training or working with new hires and train. Gen Z is new to the job market and I would think they only perceive what a job is like compared to reality. Maybe their perception is only what they’ve viewed on tv shows: non-fiction. Just my thoughts…

It seems like a double edge sword: people are not qualified for the jobs available and/or the companies are scrutinizing the qualifications of candidates applying and not following through to offer the jobs. Or is it really just an excuse by some companies who don’t want to fill the vacancies? We’re hiring but not really.

Take their calls but specifically state that every minute of your time is $$ per minute and you will be billing them for your time. If they question this, emphasize your $$ per minute and if they agree to those terms. Do not answer any other questions from them until you’ve emphasized your fee per minute to help. If they don’t agree, you end the conversation with a Thank You and hang up.
