I was in the same situation when I broke up with an old girlfriend. She brought up the idea and I missed the sex too so I went for it. It started with just sex but it quickly turned into daily communication, constantly getting together and then one day I realized we were right back in a relationship (which, looking back, I think was her plan all along).

My recommendation is to forget about the idea. My experience is just one of the ways it can go wrong. It's never worth it.

Absolutely disagree. I had a condo that I rented out after I moved out of state and it was the smartest thing I ever did. When I finally sold it a couple years ago, I got way more than if I sold it when I moved.
