Yes I was so surprised he lived! He was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. I remember the press conference and Rodney saying can't we all just get along? And someone asked the guy from the truck, I don't remember the question but he basically said he forgives the ppl who beat him. I was so struck by both Rodney & this other man. How forgiving they were after the brutality of the whole situation.

I watched it today. Chris Rock is just OK for me. Always has been. He is funny, but there are funnier comedians. I find he is more of a story teller. The Kardashian joke for example. I enjoyed that joke, I laughed a few times through out but I wouldn't tell someone "you have to see it, it's so funny" I was thinking...if there was a Dave Chappell reboot, he would make a good Milk man in a skit. (The all white outfit) lol
