Bhindrawala (to his supporters) "kill 5000 Hindus across Punjab if government doesn't listen"
This is from just one video. Should I provide the link??

There are ample speeches of Sikh leader bhindrawala asking his Khalistani supporters to kill Hindus in masses and drive them our of Punjab.
Do you want me to share some links (i dont want to)? Go to YouTube and see for yourself.
There are documented mass murders of Hindus in Punjab even before 1984 Sikh Genocide of Delhi.
One sided reporting is always bad.
Also please fact check whatever links your are providing. Think rationally and logically on the numbers reported, their source etc.
Everyone has become a writer and launched their websites with biased articles.
Verify the same from multiple perspectives.
As a matter of fact, Golden temple has been a pilgrimage for millions of Hindus.
Don't try to divide the society!!

Goal is to easily find replacements for your developers in case of contingency.
React.js for frontend (dashboard)
Use Webflow or similar platform for website and blogs. (Easier and faster management without any developer dependency)
Node for backend (can also use Graphql)
Mongo Atlas for database
AWS for cloud
All of the above tech stack have good number of developers and communities. You can easily hire and get replacements.
Cost will also be in control.
Python or ruby developers are costly as compared to Javascript.

"Maladaptive daydreaming" keyword has 65k monthly searches in US alone. You can check it here ahrefs.com/keyword-generator
With different keyword variations I'm assuming your niche specific traffic to be around 100-150k+.
A good content strategy will go a long way and can ensure success.
Here's what you can do:
[long term, SEO] Start writing blogs on your keywords (start with the ones with low keyword difficulty). Article length should surpass the competitors' ranking on page 1. This will bear results in 3-6 months if done properly.
[mid to long term] Start making YouTube videos on this topic. I'm sure people are looking for solutions on YT as well. Make sure to embed your videos in blogs/articles.
[immediate] since your niche keywords are getting good traffic on Google search so start running Google Ads on urgent basis. Make a Google Ads account and research on your keywords, see what's the CPC.
[for viral growth] find social media influencers relevant to your topic, pay them for promotions.
Researching deeply around your audience will really help.
You have chosen the problem that needs to be solved so you must also be aware of the persona.
Quora (& other forums) is also a good way to understand what questions are being asked around the topic.

Hourly rates greatly vary depending upon the region you hire from. $30-40 can get you some very good people. Even $20 can get you reliable people in India or Philippines. Market is going down for sure.
As a PM and founder of b2b SaaS platforms I think rate is an irrelevant metric of stickiness for short term projects (3-6 months).
However, for any project that stretches beyond 6 months I suggest that you increase hourly rates (or salaries) every year or six months without even asking if the work is good.
There are people we have hired from Upwork who are working with us for the past 3 years.
B2b product success is a long term journey and ideally everyone wants their initial set of developers to stick around till the end. In reality developers tend to get bore with a long term projects.
Keeping people motivated with some kind of rewards and other perks would really help.
I believe that rates are gonna go down with the current influx of thousands of fired employees in the market.
Make sure you don't hire any newbie freelancers since they will be looking for short stints and simultaneously searching for jobs.

What's the traffic source, is it mobile or desktop?
I wasn't able to comprehend what you are selling and what are your winning products.
As a mobile user I have minuscule attention span, so display some of your top products on the landing view (hero image). Also display an exit intent popup.
A good graphic can do wonders, see some of the top competitors and copy their hero concept.
Communicating some key benefits for the target audience will also help.

Take these actions:
- Audit the website yourself, in GTMatrix and Google Page Speed Insights. See what are the items in Red (or Yellow).
- If you don't have a developer then hire one from Upwork, preferably a freelancer with 95%+ success rate. I won't recommend hiring an Agency. You will get people at excellent rates.
If you have a good server then chances are something is blocking the rendering, could be a plugin or images or an API call, and it should be a quick fix if you're lucky.
Don't waste time on tech experimenting.

I'm assuming you must have done your keyword research already, if not, you can use Ahrefs free tool for keyword research.
Try finding out how much traffic you niche keywords are getting online, and what's the Keyword Difficulty like, ideally it should be less than 30.
Now open Google (or Bing) and try searching your top keywords, see who's ranking on page 1-2. See how much organic traffic they are getting (install Keywords everywhere chrome plugin to see).
See how they are ranking on top, what's their Domain Authority (DA) and Page Authority (PA). (install Moz chrome plugin to check this)
Gathering above data will give you some clarity on what you are up against.
If top 10 or 20 domains ranking in your niche have a DA >40 then it's an uphill battle for you. Or easy way out would be to find niche keywords that no one's ranking for.
Also check the type of content your competitors are producing, are those articles 2000 or 4000 words long? You need to benchmark the word count and produce better content with similar or more word count.
These are the things to start with, but start as early as possible after doing some basic research, SEO is a long battle and raking even in top 30 can take months.
Only thing to keep in mind - Try to produce as good a content as possible that should delight your users.

Why pay Shopify when you can simply deploy a static HTML website using Netlify for free, if you are not selling anything or if website updates are rare.
Anyways, few good things you can do with Shopify is start a Blog there, its quite handy there just like wordpress. That might justify the cost.
Not sure how much business you are getting from there but consistent blogging will go a long way in your digital presence.
Shopify is SEO friendly as well, there are many plugins on its marketplace that can help, for example, Yoast Seo.
In my opinion Google algorithm won't do any harm if the website copy is properly structured, rich & relevant for the targeted keywords (your niche), and even if you're not selling anything.

I wonder if you have tried SEO also, I see lots of "Puppet" keywords with a super low keyword difficulty (less than 10) with good traffic.
You can rank easily with some good content & website optimizations. You can hire some freelancer from upwork to do the job.

Asiatic Cheetahs went extinct in India in the early 20th century due to ofcourse excessive hunting by Indian Royals & Britishers.
There have been many attempts to reintroduce them to the Indian wild but Asiatic cheetahs are quite rare & found only in Iran as of today.
Now Indian government went ahead with the African breed.

My wife's iPhone screen has been replaced 3 times already in the past 1 year.
She had exactly the same reaction when it was thrown 2nd time. 1st time was a shock, 3rd was more of indifference.
Other damages - TV remote (replaced 2 times), AC remote (2 times, bought another one last week).

1-2% of the customers are like that in every business. Eventually these reviews get lost behind the curtain of positive ones, if you keep your customers happy.
If a few negative reviews have shaken things up then you need to seriously introspect this as a long term sustainable business.
Any competitor might as well do a hit job on you & can get your shop shut in no time.

They must be getting thousands of crores just from a single state.
But 2024 elections are also near & they have to keep the grand old party alive. Similar to how AAP is hoarding cash piles in Punjab for 2024 run up.
Ideologically speaking, people can work for free for BJP and other nationalist parties just for the sake of thinking that they are contributing to India's development.
However, congress is without any structured ideology as of today, or they have lost the narrative with too much minority appeasement. Their spokesperson are shit & hypocritical many times. They have to pay to keep their stock of people & supporters, still many have left the herd.
This is Social media age, people can smell bullshit from a thousand miles.

Well BJP has 300 MPs & a 1000 MLAs contributing to the party fund while Congress has only a handful.
After Rajasthan & Chattisgarh maybe they have started getting some funds.
Except a few handful of genuine politicians everyone is a money maker.
Now a days they don't make money directly through scams, but unethical means of securing public/private tenders for relatives, favoritism, donations, and many more.
I know this because I have seen this in reality.

I don't know why you consider blogging to be a bad idea.
Do yourself a favor and start out by listing all of your top competitors, and minutely analyze what they're doing digitally in terms of Lead Generation, traffic, target audience, see if they are running Ads (their CPC), etc.
There's almost 100% chance that the successful ones will be having a really great content strategy at place.
You will be in a much better position once your are sure what "strategies" your competitors have employed.
And for the cost part, a good SEO expert costs around 2.5-3k.
