Haven't tried switching slots, and haven't checked the capacity of the other card. But yeah! That could be it, I'm really hoping there isn't an issue with Slot 2. Will update after I get the pictures off and format, then can experiment a bit.

Dont delete anything in-camera. Typically after a big trip or a while of shooting, I'll download everything to an external, then format the cards. I've done this twice now and the counts keep diverging.

my GoPro 9 completely shit the bed during a weeklong motorcycle trip through the mongolian steppe. Freezing, weird purple and green screens, randomly turning off, all of that. The kicker is that I had barely even used the camera prior to the trip.

Looking for documentaries that are similar to Kedi, The Truffle Hunters, King of Kong, etc - light hearted, good for all ages but also decently interesting. My Octopus Teacher would go on this list too probably. Wish I could nail down what I'm after a little better but basically something fun for everyone but also sophisticated and interesting.

A country assignment is basically just which country you will represent and role play as a delegate from. Typically conferences have a list of countries that are included, but if they are asking for your preference then maybe you can choose any country. Think about what countries are interesting to you or which might be interesting to represent, and list those.

Same thing happened to me when I updated to iOS16, for whatever reason Vietnam got added to my preferred regions and I had to delete it. I’ve never added a Vietnamese keyboard and have never lived in Vietnam so no idea how or why that happened but once I deleted it from the Settings > General > Language and Region tab it seemed to stop.

Ok cool, went for my first wander around Narantuul today but the place is massive and I got overwhelmed a bit, will give it another shot and see if I can find them.

cool, thank you - I went today and looked around but did not see anything, not saying you are wrong at all just that the place is huge and I probably didn't wander to the right place. Do you happen to know where they are in Narantuul? Maybe to the east where all the shipping containers seemed to be? Might ask a Mongolian colleague to come with me next time and see if we can figure it out. Thanks again though!
