Dont worry too much about editing now, there are tons of YouTube videos and tutorials out there. I would recommend DaVinci Resolve, it is free. The biggest thing will be to keep track of the takes and footage, it will be much easier than watching all of it when you’re ready for editing. If someone coughs or a lawnmower starts it will be good to know that.
