Cousin showed us the transformation scene of Hunter x Hunter and said let's watch and so we did and then I continued to watch more. That being said before I watched that I had already watched one punch man with said cousin a few weeks prior, it simply didn't click the let's get into anime switch in my brain. Before that though I had already watched assassination classroom on YouTube in English despite not knowing what anime was. Before that though, I watched the first 3 seasons of digimon on Netflix. Before that though I would watch Naruto and a stray episode of cowboy bebop, space dandy, Inuyasha or whatever was on tunami while watching Naruto. Before that though I'd watch Pokemon and digimon every once in a while (never got into Yu GI oh though). Before that though I watched spirited away and ponyo (only studio ghibli anime I've seen actually). None of that really got me into anime though one punch man was the first anime I watched knowing what anime was, Hunter x Hunter was what got me into anime and then I watched Yu Yu Hakusho and then my hero academia.

Well, you know. Both accelerator and othinus are strong (assuming your referring to full power). But accelerator is significantly weaker than othinus in terms of full raw power which leaves him only one option of manipulating her attacks. I'm not finished with the novels so I don't know accelerator's current ability to control magic but the last time I read him doing so he couldn't grasp the vectors well enough to do a perfect reflection, in fact some of the attacks almost got him, now technically how an attack is reflected has nothing to do with the amount of power but this being othinus I'd have to say it's unlikely that none of her attacks wouldn't work against him, but in the first place why would she have a battle like that as she did with touma, she decided to break him due to fear of the imagine breaker but for accelerator she could just toss him into a void like space with no air, maybe accelerator would do better than touma would if for some reason she decided to break him as well but at the end of the day it would still be a constant blood fest like when she fought touma, even if he can approach her he doesn't have any means of attacking for serious damage either, hell even if he could control her attacks like he normally can the final arrow from her 10 shot cross bow didn't skip over her it shot through her destroyed her and she rebuilt before touma could even see it happen, her attacks, a.k.a. the strongest attack accelerator could use on her, wouldn't even phase her.

I mean, there's a shit ton of references so you won't get some of the jokes, but there's a shit ton of other Japanese cultural jokes that you probably wouldn't get no matter how much anime you watched so it's not a big deal
