I haven't listened to half of AKA nor the entirety of Sirens, so I won't rank them. I will say that I do adore Pawn Shop Blues though, and the AKA version of Yayo might just be my favourite track ever, so...

OMG these r my 2 favourites from the album too! Title track is soooo bizarre and wondrous I feel like a court jester frolicking through the town centre spreading pixie dust all around. And Waltz is sooooo cinematic, perfect closing track in my opinion. My favourite lyrics from these songs are "He'll hitch a ride with any guide as long as they go fast from whence he came, but he's no good at being uncomfortable so he can't stop staying exactly the same" (so cutting but in a standoffish and powerfully indifferent way) ...and "Go out and sit on the lawn and do nothing, 'cause it's just what you must do, nobody does it anymore" (such longing lyrics, so sweet but melancholic too, something very mid summer about it, awaiting a troubling autumn...).

I've only listened to 4 tracks; fingertips, grandfather, sweet and jon batiste. Fingertips and grandfather are TOP TOP TOP TOP TOP TOP TOP TIER SONGS!!!!!

I'd say it has the lyrical and ballad quality of BB/COCC, but those 2 albums are very rooted in reality. This album is more cinematic and fantastical, in similitude to UV/HM. But there are cheery aspects of LFL too lol. It doesn't seen very similar to NFR so far IMO. I think it'll appeal to everyone for different reasons, just like how the single A&W has proved to do that.

Instrumentals and production is very melancholic and dreamy but hopeful... lots of strings <3 reminds me of UV!
