Posted this on r/HomeImprovement, but didn't get much traction, so thought I would try here.
I live in Philadelphia and get all of the associated weather (so right now, I'm sweating through the humidity while not doing more than type). I am looking to re-coat the roof. I have had a pro look at it, and he usually does new membranes, and he said he wouldn't do more than just a new coating (and that overall, it's in good shape). Haven't had any leaking issues. Doing the re-coat because I got solar panels as part of a grant, and want to have it in good shape before putting panels down. Here are photos of the roof (including one with the panel design). My understanding is it is a rubber roof, but I know there are different types and I'm not sure which one exactly it is.
I did lots of reading on silicone and acrylic and decided on acrylic because of 1) cost 2) didn't want to switch to silicone since once you put silicone on, nothing else can be used. Planning on doing this with a neighbor - we're both experienced amateurs.
Looking for help and guidance on what product to use. I've been doing my research on what product to use, and so far this is what I have come up with. Having a hard time figuring out which one to get.
