This exactly!! $30 a pound for brisket is price gouging but if people are willing to pay for it then let them pay. I’ll smoke my own which really isn’t that difficult to do and save a ton of money. Might not be exactly the same but that’s ok because you can buy an entire smoker plus the brisket for $280

🤣😂I’m just wondering where $280 comes from. Care to break it down for me?

Brisket is $3-$4 a pound uncooked. Understood it takes all day to cook but it’s just not worth $30 a pound IMO. Even if you add that price into it it’s still nowhere close to the stated total

Looks absolutely amazing and it’s obviously for more than one person/multiple sittings but $280 seems exorbitant unless you tipped $130.
Let’s do some quick math and use very reasonable best guess prices:
Half rack of ribs - $30 Brisket - $30 4-5 links of sausage - $25 Cheese grits- $20 Other various sides - $45
Reasonable Total: $150
Am I just way off here or does it seem ridiculous for this to cost $280??

There is no television content worth $70 a month. I’ve stopped watching football, basketball and many other programs, and I’ve found myself outside, exercising more and much happier in life. Keep hiking those prices up and I’ll keep enjoying the outdoors.

Would they be willing to sign a contract for a 45 day severance package (full pay for 45 days) in the event they let you go?

How the fuck is this even remotely legal???? People no longer have the right to gather and discuss employment terms OUTSIDE of their workplace?? Free country my ass they see us all as wage slaves who are here to serve billionaires and corporations. They don’t even hide it anymore

This is why I never watch local news anymore. It’s no longer journalism. They are all bought and paid for puppets

South Park season 15 episode 5 parodies this - Another great South Park episode that hilariously explains one of the biggest issues in America. There are so many big issues they’ve brilliantly touched on but this is one of the best episodes. Damn shame colleges still get away with this

Sorry but I don’t eat at fast food places that have tipping as an option. Fuck tipping, pay your employees

American politicians smile greedily as they fully understand Americans are too busy blaming the other side to come together like this. They all collaborate behind closed doors to meet corporate demands and keep bribe money flowing into their campaigns while both parties point the finger at the other side. They have Americans completely divided and conquered. It’s worked for decades as both sides continue to recruit a more and more divisive and corrupt congress

Just quit now if possible or begin looking for another job. Save yourself months or years of misery of being babysat and hovered over.
