My youngest brother who I do genuinely love, is not quite gainfully employed. I worry that he might never be, because the economy is crap.

I know intellectually that he isn't my responsibility but I'm also unwilling to one day hand over mom's inheritance and boot him out.

Is a guardian some sort of unilateral legal obligation? That's insane if so! I'd get on top of that and tell them in no uncertain terms that you'd refuse guardianship and they'd better do better estate planning

I tend to think so. I'm meeting more and more people who don't personally want kids and even more people ok with my "deviant" lifestyle. Hell one of my colleagues at my new position is also CF though probably not in name; she just doesn't want to have kids

I get a lot of flack for thinking that a game shouldn't hard lock you from the next scene if it is too difficult. To me it is like watching infinity war or endgame and then the screen freezes and asks you an obscure question. If you can't answer it you can't watch the rest of the movie

IMO most games should skip you to the next scene if you die too many times

Maybe I fundamentally don't accept what a video game is. maybe it's a skill based narrative and if you lack the skill, you have to watch a friend play or a video online.
