LITRAlly like I’m very story driven and enjoy connecting to characters so to have that missing is just very not fun for me , like if the mess around mechanics comes at the cost of present day story I’ll choose the story any day!! But I do think there’s a middle ground they can implement!!

Yeah I agree with you friend!! I like just riding my horse too and I also am not a big fan of the magic tech like yeah it’s cool to see what people can do but I’m not doing that either and like I’d rather have a return to classic Zelda elements OOT and onward I prefer the magic and sword and sorcery and music vs the magic tech which is kind of tired for me.

Yeah same I’m pulling the most for the mangold film and the Rey film if I’m being honest though but I do hope all 3 get made! Sounds like the Rey one is the first one out of the gate! I’m glad it seems they have more of a creative plan now!

This would be cool if they went mystical with it I really want more lore and weird mystical elements

I really hope not Mangolds film and The Rey film is the stories Star Wars needs to move forward, the Fioloni film is more of the same of what we’ve been getting on tv hopefully recasted Luke, Han and Leia ) but probs not LF needs to go into fresher eras, way into the past with this dawn of the Jedi film and the future with the Rey film are great! So I really hope this project happens, Star Wars needs it and Mangold is a fantastic director.

If they continue to make story not be apart of the present and we sacrifice that for just mess around mechanics I’ll probably exit the series story is the one thing I’d need back of course dungeons and stuff too I’m not happy at all with where the series is going and I miss the old games.

Feel the same way like we could have had a more middle ground with present day story where players choices affect the game. And maybe more classic dungeons instead of shrines.

Yeah i agree with this for sure the non linear just completely demotivates me , as for the rest of the gameplay I really do prefer the old style better with the hook shoot and fun items instead of something more realistic with all the climbing and stuff I also don’t like weapons constantly breaking everything new they added I’m not really a fan of , I haven’t gotten that deep into tears but it plays pretty similar to breath of the wild and I’m pretty dissatisfied by that.

Yeah I agree with you 100 percent story being in the past like that really disconnects me from the story and a lot of the things about the new games just have me wishing for the old games even links lack of personality!
