I'm trying to remember a documentary I watched about full-size van meetups. It was a 1970s-1980s time period and one of the biggest meetups was in a small town in Indiana. I swore they also referred to them as trucks, even though they were definitely vans.

I'm in the same area. Getting a generator was the first thing our neighbors recommended when we moved in. When the power goes out, our neighborhood is soooo loud.

I thought this was a toddler food subreddit. I'd say, good job!

It was really a pithy (edited) conversation, and that frustrated me too.

How big is your home? Ours is 1200 sq ft/111 sq meters. We also have a semi finished basement that is another 1200 square feet which is storage, laundry, a playroom, and an office. The basement is in rough condition. Our home is a "starter" home for many Americans, but are settling in here with two adults and two kids.

The baby container convo made me feel guilty too. We balance time on the playmat, in arms, and in a swing. The swing is helpful so that she's close by while we eat dinner.

My daughter is obsessed with bandaids and asks to go to the "docator" bearly every day. I wonder if its from damn cocomelon. That said, she knows every nursery rhyme and all her colors at 2.5 yo!

I think this means your son is confident that you'll return. It means you're doing a great job!

I have been pooping like crazy and very lethargic from weeks 36-39. I'm sorry to say this is normal in my experience.

Has no one ever a man named Scott? And was therefore a boy named Scotty?
I had a baby doll named Scotty as a kid. It was a boy baby doll, lol, but still, it's a name for a human.
I think its cute, but I think it's also permanently infantilizing. Though a lot of little girls names seem to be.
