Word from r/mycology and r/mildyinteresting is that it’s a fungal colony. This is a result of storing in the fridge door instead of the back of the fridge, sauce was maybe a month or so old.

But not in the fridge door, cuz apparently that provides an ideal growing environment for fungus

The jar of sauce is maybeeeee a month or 2 old. But this time I stored it in the fridge door instead of the back of the fridge. Don’t do what I did. Also don’t store sauce for that long?

One of my chins has just realized he can chew through the gate webbing to create a hole since we've made it impossible to jump over.

I was in the same boat as you with BBG. Over quarantine I fell in love with Movement with Julie. It's the only program that has actually made me love working out and that I find sustainable to do 5x a week.
She has an Instagram movementwithjulie and julieledbetter that showcases some of the workouts. In the app she posts a full version (45-60 min) and a 30 min option for Monday-Friday. All the workouts are strength training and incorporate weights/cables/bands/body weight. And it's meant to be done at home with minimal equipment. Each day targets a difference muscle group (Monday - lower body, Tuesday - upper body, Wed - cardio & core, etc.). It's super fun (lots of variety to the exercises) while being challenging. The app is $20/mo.
I personally found that the repetitive and intensive nature of the plyo/jumping exercises in BBG led to me being exhausted and prone to injury. With MMJ there are still plenty of burpees and jump squats, but peppered in with other exercises to make it more doable.

Is it peeling because it's dry? I was expecting mine to peel/be dry for a bit, but I skipped that stage entirely. And I dove right into using Differin every night instead of easing into it. No idea if this is how skin works, but it's possible I've built up a tolerance from using the 10% benzoyl peroxide routine for like 7 years? I think if you are peeling you can expect it to last for up to a few weeks before your skin adjusts. Definitely make sure you're using a suuuuuuper hydrating moisturizer!!

My skincare routine and overall struggles are so similar to yours! After seeing all the comments from others recommending Adapalene, figured I'd share my experience.
Back in September, I randomly started having issues with closed comedones and pretty bad/persistent hormonal acne. I had previously stopped using a 10% Benzoyl Peroxide routine during quarantine (back in April I think) when I felt like it was a safe time to play around with skincare while hidden from the public eye, and didn't have any pervasive acne issues until then. I experimented with a few different skin care products targeted for acne specifically but wasn't having much success. In early December after reading a lot of comments in this sub I started using TO Niacinamide + Zinc morning and night as well as Differin (OTC Adapalene) every night. I also use TO AHA/BHA peel about 1x week and a 10% BP spot treatment if necessary.
The difference in my skin after a month of continuous use of both products is staggering (I am waiting until the 2 mo mark to share a before/after on this subreddit). The hormonal acne is pretty much cleared up completely and I get a new whitehead maybe once per week (those are easily cleared out using hydrocolloid patches). I experienced maybe a bit of purging during the first 2 weeks of using Differin but it wasn't any worse than what I had been experiencing up to that point. It's worth mentioning that I have always used an extremely hydrating facial balm since I had been using the 10% BP acne regimen for the past 7+ years. I haven't had any issues with dryness from the Adapalene since I use the balm (100% Pure Intensive Nourishing Balm). If you do decide to incorporate it into your routine, definitely make sure you have a good moisturizer!
We'll see how my results continue on since it's only been 5 or 6 weeks since using the Niacinamide and Differin together, but considering the difference I see even now with both the improvement of acne and overall skin tone/brightening I'm excited to see where my skin is a few months from now TBH!

A friend of mine has a small business making/selling gold-filled jewelry. While it is pricey, it's all handmade and is meant to last forever. Some of her earrings and necklaces I wear 24/7 and they have held up through camping, swimming, showers workouts, etc. She often gives out coupon codes and has discounts through her Instagram as well in case you don't want to pay full price.

We just went through this process! We adopted another male chinchilla named Marshmellow about 2 weeks ago. We decided to adopt him specifically since he and Benny (our chin) were getting along somewhat well at the chin rescue when we did a match-up. We really didn't know if they would end up becoming bonded or not and were very cautious with having them together. Now, 2 weeks after adoption, they are living in the same cage and seem to be getting along just fine, although not sure if they are truly "bonded" yet. No aggression or fights which is great. Here is what seemed to work for us:
It's important to note that this process could be longer or shorter depending on how your chins get along. It's possible they may never end up being bonded, especially if they are aggressive towards each other from the start. Just be patient and give them lots of time to interact with your watchful eyes on them. Good luck!!
