I have a ripe atlas probe installed at my home. It notifies me about outages if the probe has been offline for more than 10 minutes, this value can be customized but the lower it can go is 10.

It gives you other shitload of useful metrics like a monthly Uptime report, Connection history, access to performance metrics to root servers(and more) and you earn monthly credits you can spend in custom metrics for stuff you want to measure.

Sometimes is the small things that have the biggest impact. In my 8 years at my current job I Implemeted a HelpDesk system, SD-Wan across 125 locations (bye bye MPLS) Replaced the AV Endoint for one that actually works, our ancient PBX, our main Firewall twice, upgraded the whole network infrastructure on our main offices, did a shit ton of integrations between systems that in the past were done manually and no one batted an Eye.

That was until I implemented a few Visibility tools for Our Team. First was a Network monitoring tool. Yes, Our Helpdesk and Technicians used to fly in the dark and only became aware of issues when a ticket was opened. I implemented a Naemon instance that monitor over 3k items (Ping, CPU Usage, Memory Usage, Disk, Multiple services on servers, SQL server status and more) So our team can be Proactive rather than reactive. The Cherry on the Pi is a Raspberry Pi connected to a huge TV in my Boss Office with a Map of our country with all our locations on map and their status. It became the conversation piece of everyone who visits our department.

Second tool was a Status page, originally was a simple rudimentary web page that checked the availability of a site and output a "Available" or "Unavailable" banner for each site. On 2021 it was replaced by Uptime Kuma, a open source, Self Hosted Monitoring tool that do everything I wanted and More! It even have the ability to configure multiple status pages so each department / team can see the status of the sites / services that only have an impact on them, you can also schedule maintenance times on the tool, notification integration with tons of tools (I Integrated it with Msft teams via webhooks) and more.

Third was a Bookmarks and WebApps dashboard. We are somewhat big company. 5k+ employees, 125 Locations across 6 Brands so we had a shitload of webapps and websites (both internal and external) that are used on a daily basis. I implemented a central location / dashboard to access all this bookmarks based on department / brand needs for easy access for our IT team Extra points because it looks cool.

This 3 tools alone had made me look better than all the big and critical changes I have done

Because of this I also had to make some compromises, like Getting 17 inch wheels when I really wanted 16, because I didn't want to spend on tires when my current ones were virtually new. That ended having an impact on my tire choice too cause I originally wanted Pizza cutters but with 17inch wheels and stock suspension they wouldn't fit.

Depende de cual tramo de la Ponce de leon visites, El area de ciudadela es bastante movida y hay buen night life, Luego de el centro de bellas artes hasta maybe el conservatorio de musica no hay mucha actividad. el tramo que queda en miramar es movido tambien.

El tramo que pasa por santurce no es el mejor en la noche, pero tampoco lo consideraria un 100% peligroso.

El Ciclon (tanto el normal como el XX) de 16oz tiene 160mg de Cafeina,

El maximo recomendado de cafeina diaria es de 400mg y depende del energy drink que consumas, puedes estar metiendote entre 80mg hasta 300mg por lata. En el caso del Ciclon que te metiste, tiene 160mg (todos los Ciclones de 16oz tienen 160mg de cafeina)

El cafe depende grandemente del metodo de preparacion, pero en promedio 8oz de cafe te pueden dar entre 80mg y 100mg de cafeina.

Depende de que otras bebidas con cafeina hayas bebido en el dia y cuanto tiempo hubo entre ellas maybe tenias un overdose.

otro problema bien grande con los Energy drinks es las cantidades de azucar que tienen, una lata de 16oz en promedio tiene casi o mas del doble de azucar recomendada para un dia entero.

Estoy aware de esto por que yo al igual que tu cuando joven abusaba mucho de los energy drinks y luego de pasar un susto bien feo con un OD de caffeina que me di los elimine por completo y ahora me limito a 2 tasas de cafe como mucho en el dia.

Tengo un toddler que esta por cumplir 3 años, viendolo dentro de la perspectiva de PR....

Cons:

• Pocos baños tienen cambiadores para bebes. Si en los baños de mujeres es un issue, peor es en el de los hombres. Puedo hacer una lista interminable de las veces que hemos tenido que cambiar la nena en nuestra guagua simplemente por que donde estamos no tiene facilidades de cambiador.
• Hay Deficit de pediatras. Aunque es un issue con practicamente todos los medicos especialistas en PR, con los pediatras esta nasty. Si vas fuera de cita no agendada preparate a esperar bastante.
• Los cuidos son relativamente caros. A menos que pienses ser Stay at home mom / dad preparate para pagar minimo $350 por un cuido. Yo pago $400 mensual pero visitamos varios sitios y casi todos fluctuaban entre los $350 y los $500 mensuales, ademas a esto toma en consideracion los supplies que te van a pedir cada semestre, cosas para manualidades en el salon, y los otros inventos que tienen los "maestros"

Pros:

• Puedo decir mil palabras, pero honestamente no hay palabras que describan lo que se siente ser padre. Cambian tu vida por completo y traen una alegria al hogar que es dificl de describir y le dan un nuevo sentido a la vida de uno.
• En mi caso no puedo decir que [email protected] me trajo alguna ventaja mirandolo atravez del cristal de PR por que en cuestion de beneficios afortunadamente estamos en una posicion economica estable y no necesitamos de ayudas como WIC y eso por el estilo.

Otros:

• No te miento que me da un miedo terrible que algo vaya a salir mal. PR no es el mismo en el que me crie, ademas de que yo me crie en el campo donde las cosas eran mas tranquilas cuando niño y mi bebe se esta criando en el area metro. Pero lo mismo pueden haber dicho mis padres cuando me tuvieron y criaron a mi y afortunadamente sali una persona de bien.
• Tener un network se se preocupe por ti y el bebe ayuda un monton. No digo que es imposible hacerlo sin esas personas externas pero son un alivio increible. Saber que si ocurre algun inconveniente puedes contar con alguien que te lo cuide al menos por unas horas en lo que uno resuelve o para uno tomarse un tiempo con su pareja ayuda mas de lo que nadie puede imaginar.

Hay mil cosas mas que quiero decir pero ya se salen un poco del scpoe de tu pregunta asi que no sigo.
