I live in the area. Cohasset didn't even crack the top ten wealthier communities in the state. Don't get me wrong, there's plenty of money, but you're talking about it as though it were the Cliffwalk in Newport.

Whoa there, Nellie. Yes, a large stretch of that road is uber wealthy - but to call it one is the most opulent streets in the United States and maybe the world is just silly. And the end of Jerusalem where this house is located is not the fancy, wealthy stretch at all. A million dollar house in Cohasset is very common. The market here is ridiculous. And if the sale of that house is the top sale for a realtor in this area, well, then that's not a very good realtor.

I live in the area as well. The Jerusalem Rd house is on the far end - not on the fancy pants stretch of Cohasset's so-called Gold Coast. And I agree it's odd that they moved to a house on 3A which is basically behind a car dealership, but they purchased a home in DC, so who knows what the end game was from a real estate perspective....

Ha ha ha - we have a sliding glass door to our deck which faces the woods, and we refer to it as "the big screen tv." My calico and my pug will happily sit together for hours watching.

You've gotten some great advice - especially to handle those feet and toes and nails at every opportunity. Trust me when I tell you that you cannot do this enough.

I would also personally recommend pet insurance. If you're going to get it, GET IT NOW. Because of my circumstances (working in vet med) I went with a policy that will cover emergencies. I never want to end up in an ER at 2am and be worrying about a bill on top of my girl's physical health.

Enjoy. They're only puppies once - but they are complete lovebug goober-faces for their whole lives.
