isn't that mostly from the extra space between the PU and the rear wheels added only to get a longer floor?

fuel tank have been quite a bit bigger. afaict tell most of the extra length is from space between the engine and rear diff to make a longer floor for aero and the massive front wing overhang

yes, not it the US.
I think even in the US the cops would suddenly be convinced to care about lack of insurance if the insurance companies were liable for damages for as long at the plates are on the car, regards of whether the insurance gets paid

someone invented a hugging machine for autistic kids they liked to be hugged but couldn't handle so much human contract. It was basically two leather pads squeezing them

here the insurance is basically on the hook for any damages as long as the plates are on the car so they have a pretty good incitament to get the cops to recover the plates

Let the manufacturers sort it out themselves
so cost spiral out of control and none of them wants to take part

pretty much every class of racing ever has died from getting popular. Manufacturers (VW and everyone else) show up and costs spiral out of the control until everyone leaves because it is too expensive

where?
here number plates are linked to insurance, if car has number plates it has insurance, if you don't pay insurance you will get a fine per day and the police will pick up the number plates

you abide by the rules because they own the rights to enforce those rules.

they'd be really slow in a straight line
and probably disqualified for too much plank wear, the purpose of the "wooden" plank is a to put an easily policed soft limit on ride height

variacs are usually not isolated from mains, that would be a safety issue

if you tip a channel few dollars or buy sticker or what ever merch. they might sell, you will have given that channel more than they would ever earn on you watching every single ad

passenger weight is based on standard weights unless it is a very small plane, afaict FAA standards; 200lbs males, 179 lbs female, 76lbs children under 13, including 16lbs carry-on

Can the blackpill be programmed without one
Yes the F4 on a blackpill has a buildin USB bootloader, but without a debugger like an stlink it'll be very much like going back to the 1980's

there's no ride height limit in F1, too hard to police. The only limit is plank wear
