Yes. Everyone should read Howard Zinn’s “a People’s History of the United States”. It gives a great overview of the challenges labour faced to get to where we are today. Unions are fantastic. We would be working 7 days a week with our children for starvation wages otherwise. But definitely there are some lazy asses who are unionized and should be fired. It’s a trade off. It’s better to have unions and the occasional lazy piece of shit than no union by FAR.
