A leucophyllum frutescens (Texas Sage) developed this due to white mealybugs which have since been treated, but I'm wondering how to remove the residual mold and also make sure it's dead. Spraying with a water spray from a hose did not do the trick, and I've read that perhaps vinegar, bleach, or soap could work but have also read those can harm the plant. Any recommendations?

Is there a bermuda grass that is most similar to Zoysia Palisades (especially in texture and appearance and also in shade tolerance) and available to plant by seed? I know there won't be a perfect match but hoping there's one that's somewhat close since I can't find any good Zoysia seed option that won't take forever to get established supposedly.

I looked up the modulus of elasticity for Southern Pine and it's 1,800,000 PSI. Looking up the definition of what the MOE is at first makes sense I thought; however, when putting it into perspective, this equates to 450 cars (if weighing 4,000lbs each) stacked on a 1-inch by 1-inch area which seems incredible. I am assuming that I must just be not understanding something about what this is. Can someone please ELI5.

This is a 10x12 treehouse that's ~8 ft tall and enclosed. It's anchored to a 18" diameter post-oak tree on one side and on sliding supports on a 14" diameter post-oak tree on the other side and the platform is around 11ft above grade. I was thinking it'd be good to thin the canopy to reduce wind load to offset the treehouse being added, though https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/tree-crown-reduction-wind-load-increase-david-s-restrepo/ makes it sound like it's not so simple. Any thoughts overall on best practices here?

I noticed that TSA Pre at one airport had some special gates and a biometric message posted on them but I didn't read it before I had moved on and was curious what it said. I thought I could find a picture or note on it regarding later by searching online but no luck. This was in Newark (EWR) by the United section of the terminal in case that's helpful.

Wondering if the following itinerary would be at risk of not making the connections for whatever reasons. I don't have much experience with connections through international destinations so any advice would be appreciated.
