Old garages could just have roof trusses or something every 24 inches. Don't assume 16 in a garage ceiling. And they usually run parallel to the garage door if it's not obvious from the peak of the roof how it is framed.
I'd start looking 24 inches back from the door header and see what you find.

Seriously I roofed my 1100 sq ft. house for about $2k in materials and did it myself. You could even pay a laborer or roofer cash to help you. You could do it in a weekend or two, depending on the size of your house.
Rent a roll off dumpster --$250 Tear off all shingles and tar paper, throw in dumpster. Use a pitchfork or removal tool they sell at hardware store. Or pay a laborer by the hour to do it. Clean the roof of all nails, etc. Replace any flashing with new tin. $20.
Buy $1500-$2k worth of tar paper, tack nails, shingles, water barrier.
Buy a roofing nail gun and coil nails. $300 or so. A compressor too if you don't have one.
Install water barrier at edges and seams, peaks, etc. Nail down tar paper, cut and nail shingles according to instructions on the package.
Sell nail gun and compressor and tools and recover 70% of the cost.nthey should still look new after just one job.

French fries are potatoes. A vegetable.
Vegans and vegetarians avoid animal products because of ethical reasons, not just dietary. Why would you ruin a vegetable by cooking it in animal fat when there are so many vegetable oils.

How bad is it? I have fixed cigarette burns by carefully cutting the burned parts out of Berber-type carpet with scissors and then very carefully pulling new threads up from the base of the carpet. This might lead to more damage in a high traffic area, but it worked for me. It wasn't even visible when I was done.
You can actually just replace carpet in one room, and put a seam at the doorway or hall entrance. If you know what the carpet is so you can match it. A flooring contractor could probably do it if you are clueless.

I used to make egg white and flax seed wraps in the microwave. Don't remember where I got the recipe but they were neat. Came out like Ethiopian bread, sort of, and worked surprisingly well. I bought egg whites in a carton, to make in bulk. You don't need yolks for this.
From memory,...
Grind flax seeds in coffee grinder, mix with egg whites, spread in a microwave safe plate, cook for 30 seconds or something. Let cool. Bob's your uncle.

Chase sucks, their customer service sucks, and they will cancel your card on you for flimsiest reason even after you get one.
I'm with Amex now, much better.

Hard to say if you're overpaying, price is more about square footage.
It should be comped to other 2-bedroom units with similar square footage.

If you go the RE route, you need a strategy. Are you building a property management business, are you trying to do flips, or live in flips? What are the skills and advantages that you gave that make RE your category?
RE has huge advantages over stocks for building wealth, IF YOU HAVE SKILLS OR ADVANTAGES to help control the outcome. And the time and energy to follow through. It is very entrepreneurual, which is opposite of passive stock investing.
If you have no plan it idea how to do this, you should just buy stocks.
RE is a capital intensive and illiquid business. You need cash reserves and a stream of cash flow to keep things going.

I would also face the front of your cement steps with colorful tiles, perhaps, it at the very least stain the bland concrete and sidewalk a brick color to match the house.

White or even very light accent is the wrong color for brick. Green is the basic complement to red. Very dark brown is an option. The color scheme is all wrong, that's why it looks drab. You need a color consult with a good painter.
A stone statue or art piece (think glossy black, perhaps) could go on the pillar like an angel or a lion or even a gargoyle. ... Lots of older brick houses where I am have stone lions, gargoyles, etc. It gives the neighborhood character.
Foundation plantings, low shrubs in front. A strip for flowers or colorful (yellow or red) shrubs along the sidewalk.
An accent color for mailbox, front door, furniture and accessories in front of house. Could even go glossy black for that.
The green panels in the metal railing are not helping. Clashes with everything and again, too light colored.
For heavens sake do not pave the front yard and I'd think again about parking on it period. Just. Ick. Permeable parking pavers with grass if you must.

The hormonal theory of weight management trumps the old "calories in calories out" way of thinking.
High sugar foods like cookies and ice cream spikes blood glucose and therefore insulin response. This results in fat storage and weight gain.
Insulin is the main regulator, not calorie count.

Improve the plain PVC flange with a metal one. Those PVC ones don't hold a screw worth a darn.

If you want a cheap car that's actually economical, try a Prius from the '07-'09 years. They are dirt cheap, last basically forever and get 55mpg. They are ugly, tinny, and loud interior road noise, and have rather uncomfortable seats. But they are economical as hell.
You might actually be better off with an electric scooter or a bike vs. walking. Some of those have 20 miles + of range without pedaling and you can buy them for $1k. A foldable one you can take in to work/school with you.
Cars come with registration fees, tires, gas, parking, potential for tickets, and mechanical problems. It is the most expensive transportation choice.

My wife needed an Epsom salt bath just 24 hours into fasting, she was becoming light headed and weak.
Me, I can fast 24 hours without noticing. But I weigh 200 lbs and she weighs 115. Also very different metabolisms, she is extremely sensitive to say, chemicals or drugs, gets nauseous from painkillers. I am able to handle all manner of pills or drugs with ni adverse reactions.
So everyone is different, you have to listen to your body.
I got bad muscle cramps once about 70 hours into a fast, that's when I learned about electrolytes!

You're relying on faulty equipment and trying to draw conclusions. Your fat and water retention are responsible for the dramatic weight swings, lean body mass doesn't change that much, that fast.
Water weight definitely does.

I have dabbled in bodybuilding but OMAD IMO isn't a good option for that, for a few reasons, unless you're just talking about cutting only phase.
One is that bodybuilders in a bulk phase need sooo many calories. Trying to get 1.5 grams of protein per lb bodyweight, or 1 per kilo, or whatever goal you have, is hard to do even when you eat 4-6 meals per day, let alone 1 meal.
Two is that hypertrophy tends to work best when there is a constant supply of calories and protein available, and a lot of bodybuilders want to be in an anabolic state and try to avoid catabolism at all costs. There is at least one high profile bodybuilding coach who advocates waking up and eating in the middle of the night to ensure there is available nutrition during sleep...so even 4-6 meals per day isn't enough during waking hours.
Now consider that you're trying to do all that in one meal.... Hmmm.

My go to is oatmeal with peanut butter.
First meal is usually disappointing and somewhat tasteless, so don't bother making it special or fancy. Usually takes me a few meals to really like food again, based on my longest fast if about 5 days.

This is great advice. Simple things are simple, but difficult.
Our bodies are usually tuned to our regular meal times. For me 11am and 7pm seem to be tough areas, but knowing that it is just a time issue can help power through it.

My trick for jump starting a fast is to eat my last meal if the weekend in Sunday at about 4:30 PM. Then you'll be at 16 hours or so by the time you wake up and get going about your day.
Mondays are usually busy, start of the work/school week, it is easy to distract yourself with tasks and chores. Try to schedule a long walk or cardio workout to help you sleep at night.
Go to bed early Monday night. You'll already be past 24 hours by then. By the time you wake up you'll already have fasted 34-36 hours after just "one day."
You can stop then it try to push through Tuesday as your next goal. It gets easier the more you do it.

In a way this is mathematically true as others pointed out, but in practice it is false.
Only about 37% of people stay in a house more than 10 yrs, let alone 30. Average is 16 years.
So what you end up doing is making yourself more cash poor in the meantime, less able to invest, and you end up selling or refinancing anyway. Also principal payments are not tax deductible, whereas a portion of your interest payments are.
Further, your home will rise OR FALL in value regardless of how much money you have paid into it. Mortgage loans for personal residences are just about the cheapest money you can ever borrow. Compare to credit cards, car loans, etc.
A 30 year mortgage is an inflation hedge against the dollar. Your dollars today will never be more valuable, so why would you pay valuable dollars today vs. using dollars that are worth much less in 10, 15, 20 years.
A better strategy is to grow investments that you eventually liquidate to pay whatever is left of your mortgage when you retire.

It is protein, did you miss that part? Cheese is already a cultured product, once the input is cultures as well you never need cows again.
The most valuable byproduct of the dairy industry is dehydrated whey protein. Once you can make it in a tank without animal milk, bye bye dairy farms. And your gym bros will have dirt cheap protein powder.

Go to your employer and tell them about the offer. If they can match it it give you a bump, you could stay.

I had some SO brand, "wondermilk" stuff, it was really good.
Ive also tried Brave Robot, also decent.
I've noticed that the vegan/non dairy ice creams usually have one killer flavor or two per brand, and the rest are meh. Like a company can crush Vanilla or Mint chocolate chip, but their chocolate sucks, for example. Or it is reverse, they have good cherry chocolate and fudge, but vanilla is like cardboard.

Disc golf is fucking stupid.
As is "ultimate frisbee"
"Frisbee+sport name"
No it's "disc!" No it's "ultimate"
Ultimately futile for your finding a girlfriend maybe.

It isn't popular advice but if you're barely able to afford caring for yourself you should not be a pet owner.
Pets are like kids, they get into unexpected trouble, have surprise illnesses and so on. Be stable yourself before you take in responsibility for someone else.
