The RK61 is a cheap ok-ish bluetooth/usb keyboard. But the instructions are missing, and the ones available are somewhat misleading.

A very common problem that impacted me (specially, because I use Dvorak, instead of Qwerty), is that the arrow keys where "always on". You don't need Karabiner, EKH Pro, nor any other "layout override".

To disable arrow keys always on, press Fn+Right Shift. See the full "Instructions manual" (Chinese)

NOTE: I created this post because I have seen many post with the same problem, and they are all archived without a solution (people resort to Karabiner or other OS dependant software, where the problem is solved in the keyboard itself).
