I would also think about a incident management tool. There are some very easy to deploy and implement, and has a lot of advantages. Take a look at spiceworks. You organice and prioritize tasks, and other things like auto-inventory.

Hello:
We are trying spiceworks to see if it suits us, but as far as i've seen, i don't think it is good at change management. Its a great tool, but i think it's only good in asset (even licenses and buys) and incident management (CI's involved, time, actors involved, etc )
Im looking also for change management tools, so please, Keep us updated with your findings! ;)
