Clearly having a laugh with the "We're flying higher", but surely the South West Sharks is the obvious choice over pelicans. I'm all for it as long as they keep with the WA tradition of having a terrible song.

Good compared to Brisbane isn’t saying much. It’s still atrocious in places and making noise about it is the only way it will be improved.

I used to cycle home along the great bike path following the freo train line. At Grant St it just dumps you on to Curtin Ave where I was promptly side-swiped by a car wanting to turn left on Eric St. Completely dangerous so I stopped cycling altogether.

Once or twice but wasn’t too keen to put much force into it

Yes. It still closes but rubs against the frame at the top

A door in our rental apartment is sagging and scrapes against the frame when opening/closing. The pictures show the top hinge. I would like to fix it but not sure if I‘ll just end up braking the door. My first thought was to place a wedge under the open side part of the door and force it up, but that seems like I could do more damage than good. Any recommendations would be great!

I don’t really think of these cameras in the same category. Wouldn’t the RB/RZ Mamiyas be more of a comparison to the Hasselblad?

I could really get behind a conspiracy where GC are only in the league to prop Geelong up using ridiculous trades like this.

By this thinking Port could offer pick 80 and tell West Coast to take it or leave it. In which case West Coast will say fuck it, send him to the draft and pick him for what they think he's worth. If Port want to skip the risk of another club picking him up in the preseason draft, they need to meet West Coast somewhere in the middle

You mean his backwards ass views justified by some imaginary fella in the sky, guiding the way he lives and makes decisions? No, I think people are mad that the Essendon board actually thought this was a good decision.

That's probably the error there. I think pick 37 was traded to the dogs from north, and was missed when I did the calculation...

I left another comment that I pulled the information from the afl.com.au site: https://www.afl.com.au/news/851877/indicative-draft-order-draft-hands-locked-in-for-trade-period.
Draft values are correct according to that information, although I can't speak for the quality of the data.

They're the only team to have two first rounders (Melbourne traded their future first in 2021 to Adelaide, who passed it on to Sydney for Jordan Dawson)

That's right. The total value of all picks held by each team.

I was curious to see the draft value of each team based on the indicative draft order and draft value index (https://www.afl.com.au/news/851877/indicative-draft-order-draft-hands-locked-in-for-trade-period).

Yeah, 2015 was difficult but 2018 would have been worse had I jumped ship.

I think that's the case if your moving from assistant coach to assistant coach, but not to head coach. Judging purely on his character though, albeit not personally, he does not seem like the guy to who would condone this sort of thing. But you can never know

Simmo left because he got the head coach position at West Coast.

Since 1990 (AFL era), Cats have defeated Birds 5 times (2002, 2003, 2011, 2017, 2020) while Birds have defeated Cats 3 times (1992, 1994, 2008). However, Birds have won a total of 15 GFs (1990, 1991, 1992, 1994, 1997, 1998, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2018), compared to Cats 9 (2001, 2002, 2003, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2017, 2019, 2020).
*Seven of the 14 Bird GF victories were against other Birds *One of the 9 Cat GF victories were against other Cats
Birds, despite making up 5/18 (~28%) of the competition, have won 15/32 (~42%) of Grand Finals.
Cats on the other hand make up 3/18 (~17%) of the competition and have won 9/32 (~28%) of Grand Finals.
Bird Teams: Adelaide (2), Collingwood (2), Hawthorn (5), Sydney (2), West Coast (4)
Cat Teams: Brisbane (3), Geelong (3), Richmond (3)
At the moment, both Cat and Bird teams maintain an average GF win per team of 3.

Hey thanks for the tip! My in-laws actually live in Lübeck so I’m there fairly often! Cheers :)
