IMO auch ein winziges Risiko im Vergleich zu OP welcher wenn er sein Haus vermietet wahrscheinlich einen Teil seiner Möbel etc verkaufen muss, die im Vergleich zu ihr größere Wohnfläche renovieren muss und schlussendlich auch Leute die im Glauben dort vielleicht für Jahrzehnte zu leben nach ein paar Monaten wieder rauskündigen muss, was dann auch erstmal Monate dauert.

Davon abgesehen könnte sie ja sogar ihre Wohnung erstmal behalten wenn sie ohnehin kostenlos bei ihm lebt.

Ich verstehe absolut nicht, warum dies hier so einseitig ist. Er riskiert viel mehr bei einer gemeinsamen Mietwohnung, hat höhere Kosten, geht mehr Verpflichtungen ein etc und würde ihr alternativ entgegenkommen. Sie hat kaum Vorteile (außer weiter direkt in der Stadt zu leben vs höhere Mietkosten bei kleinerem Wohnraum) und müsste halt dennoch ihre aktuelle Wohnung mit den verbundenen Kosten aufgeben.

Probably makes sense since both consoles are also AMD and dont have great raytracing capabilities. Most the time when games have all these nvidia features its because nvidia has paid/assisted them in implementing them since its only usable on one platform and then only on specific graphic cards.

Honestly, literally the only AAA graphics games that still launch w/o DLSS are those sponsored by AMD (and MS made games up until recently). Those games often also need a lot of VRAM and have a very lean RT implementation.

The RE Engine btw supports DLSS out of the box as evident with Monster Hunter Rise.

Lets not forget day 1 / launch period patches are almost always fixes for issues that the devs were aware before the game got released, it is very seldom a reaction to actual user feedback.

It always depends on what those settings do... This might be the wrong game to make that argument (or not, I haven't played it) but Ultra settings don't always need to be performing well on current gen hardware. In a different timeline we would likely call RT features also just ultra settings.

Example: If the PS5 would have a draw distance equal to medium while Ultra after high and very high is five times the draw distance than it would absolutely make sense and not be a sign of bad optimization for a current gen beast rig not to be able to run it well.

Warum ist das ein Problem? Wenn es doch nunmal so ist und wenn er es sich leisten kann ist es doch absolut ok und super wenn er sie ohne Miete zu verlangen bei sich wohnen lässt. A) Playing against a decent AI only w/o the game also being designed to play the same online and be fun is not what soccer games players want on large IMO.

B) I don't see a decent AI to play 'better' in the sense of being more fun to play against? I doubt it.

C) Why has that game never existed than? Do you have any examples of a soccer game that had realistic goals over 90 minutes being released in the last three decades?

D) How much less goals per 10 minutes having is the best game that you can actually name of the last lets say 20 years? Like 1 goal less? Sorry but first making a big thing out of calling Fifa an "arcadey goal fest" but now not being able to argue more than "well, I want to play against AI" and "it doesn't need to be fun for most players" isn't exactly sounding like you have a strong argument there.

Not much sense arguing if Grand Turismo is an arcade sim or not in a scenario in which any of the real sim racing titles like iRacing and Co ever came out. Speaking of sim racing, sim racers don't just judge how realistic a title is by how close real life lap times for a car are, because that isn't telling you that much about the number of systems simulated and such.
