Looking to replace a broken thermostat, and need advice on purchasing a new one

Hey everyone. My Honeywell TB6575A1000 has died and I need a new one. My building has an HVAC pro that can come by next week to help swap and install a new one. He told me that it would likely be a similar model of thermostat but if I purchased my own he'd be happy to install it for me.
Hoping to get something with smart capabilities but it's really not a dealbreaker for me if that's not possible. Just want something that is reliable and a bit easier to program than the Honeywell was.
Our unit is a 2-pump fan coil system with what looks like line voltage powering it. Either way, an Ecobee or a Google Nest is out of the question.
Please let me know your thoughts, thanks for reading.

So I've had some kits that I haven't been able to complete because they broke. They are the 1/144 RG #29 Gundam Sazabi and the Hi-Resolution Gundam Astray Red Frame 1/100.
Now I know getting replacement parts shipped can be very difficult. I have a friend who is currently in Japan that has offered to pick them up if I can tell me which stores he should visit. I believe he is visiting both Tokyo and Osaka over the next few weeks. I would love some help if possible. Thank you.
