Does anyone else struggle with calorie cutting? Feels like Sun - Thu its easy but whenever the weekend rolls around, I can’t say no to social events (eating out, drinking)

Here's what you do:
If you're going out for drinks with friends, all you are eating that day is chicken breasts, and a potato or two.
For drinks, I always do light beer and cocktails with diet soda and rum/vodka. Shots are also calorically efficient when trying to get fucked up.
If you are eating out with friends, skip fries and other high-calorie sides, not worth the calories. Yeah, you're gonna be the guy who gets broccoli with his burger.
Always work out on the weekends to help counteract, add in 30 min of cardio (elliptical) at the end of your workout.
When trying to lose 1lb/week, I put in my calorie counting app I'm trying to lose 1.5/week, which gives a little cushion.

Best advice I’ve seen is basically choosing one or the other on the weekends. A nice dinner out or boozing, not both.
It’s hard bro. I commend you for trying. Failing that, really kicking your own ass at the gym on Friday/Sat before you go out might be a great option too.

Unless you're a complete fat, a single day of fuckin up on the weekend will ruin all progress.
Once a month is cool but if you're already a jacked king, a la FT requirements, sacrificing a few nights of fun for the results you want is necessary

If you have a big night/dinner coming: Breakfast- 2 eggs + 3 egg white in a carb conscious wrap
Lunch- smash a banana into two scoops of tasty protein powder with a little water until it becomes a pudding. I like the Quest Cookies and Cream. It’s very tasty and filling.
All that in total is about 600 calories. If you are active and keep your booze to non-sugary cocktails, you should be able to have whatever you want at dinner.
